Yoga teacher and athlete Andria Baldovin, together with Leland Davis, have put together the "Yoga for Climbers" DVD, a set of exercises designed to strengthen and stretch the key areas of a climber's body. The regiment they present will help climbers prevent injuries and improve their performance on the rock.
